This Valentine's Day Season we are celebrating the exotic dancers who bring The Punany Poets' bring motion and sensual grace to our stages. You will fall in love with Scenes for Flowers in Bloom, an immersive reality theater show that refines the strip club experience into an Exotic Choreopoem. Laid on a soulful soundtrack with contributions from Dwayne Wiggins (Tony Toni Tone'!), Scenes for Flowers in Bloom explodes with passionate choreography and hypnotic theatrical vignettes.
 

Jessica Holter and The Punany Poets are so proud to honor the art of exotic dancers, who have brought our poetry to life since we began our urban theatrical twist on Augusto Boal's theater of the oppressed in 1995. Exotic Dance Awards not only turns the strip club experience into a dramatic date night for lovers and friends in Atlanta but also pays homage to some of the most incredible dancers in the game and offers them a stage to show off some of their unsung talents. 

From the first captivating scene to the Flower Shower finale, Punany's Pearls show off moves that are still as steamy today as they were when the original actresses first appeared with The Punany Poets on HBO's Real S#x in 1999.

  • VIP Guests: Please arrive by 7:45 pm for early seating, and pre-show reception and interactive games with Sho Stopper Syren and special guest performers. Swag bags will be on reserved front-of-house seats. 
  • General Admission Seating: Arrive by 8:45 pm. 
PARKING: Parking is limited. Car service is suggested. There is street parking. 

 

About The Punany Poets & Jessica Holter: More than a show, Jessica Holter offers a unique urban design of Augusto Boal's Theatre of the Oppressed, reality theater, completed by public displays of affection, emotional revelations, taboo conversation, and theatrical improvisation that make room for honesty, learning, and trust between lovers.
